Who we are

These terms govern your use of any Anchorfound-operated directory listed in our portfolio. The contracting party is Anchorfound, an independent Dutch operator.

Free use of public content

The directories are free to browse. You may link to listings, embed our public RSS feeds, and quote short excerpts with attribution. Bulk scraping or wholesale re-publication of our content without prior written agreement is not permitted.

User-generated content

Reviews, suggested edits, and photos you submit are licensed to us non-exclusively for the purposes of operating the directories. You retain ownership and may withdraw your contributions at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.

Paid listings

Claimed and featured listings are billed via Stripe in EUR. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in the billing portal. Refunds are pro-rated to the end of the current billing period for cancellations within 14 days of a renewal; outside that window, cancellations take effect at the end of the period (no refund).

Liability

Listings represent our best effort to capture accurate, verified data. We do not warrant that listings are correct at any given moment — the “last verified” date on each detail page is the relevant signal of freshness. Anchorfound is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on listings, including but not limited to a venue not being as accessible as our data suggests, a court being booked when our pricing said otherwise, or a SaaS hosting region changing between verifications.

Acceptable use

Don't submit fake reviews, harvest data via automated means, attempt to bypass rate limits, or impersonate venues you don't represent. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

Changes

Material changes to these terms are announced at least 30 days before they take effect, by email to account holders and via a notice on this page.
